Jill Dietmeyer, PT, DPT

Jill Dietmeyer, PT, DPT, LMT began her health and fitness career over 15 years ago teaching martial arts (Karate 1st degree black belt; Aikido 3rd degree black belt) to students of all ages. After years of body-punishing training, she discovered that the Pilates method can erase chronic aches and pains while improving athletic and functional performance. Jill has been teaching Pilates since 2004 and earned a full STOTT PILATES(TM) instructor certification. She is a licensed physical therapist, a licensed massage therapist, and earned a BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of the Pacific. Jill utilizes the Pilates method extensively with her patients. The Pilates exercises are extremely beneficial for both orthopedic and neurological conditions and can be adapted to students of any fitness level, from elite athletes to the severely deconditioned. Jill has used the Pilates method extensively with many athletes including stand-up paddlers, golfers, swimmers, runners, and rugby players. In her free time, Jill enjoys hiking, swimming, running, standup paddling, bodyboarding, and Crossfit. She completed the 2011 Tinman Triathlon race for the first time this year  and continues to train for additional swim/bike/run races this year.  She would love to help you erase pain and reach your maximum health, fitness or athletic potential.
