Honolulu, the state capital of Hawaii, is located on the island of Oahu. It is the home to the famous Diamond Head Crater and Waikiki neighborhood that houses the majority of hotels, restaurants, and beach shops for those who come to visit. Downtown/Chinatown, Honolulu, is known as the business district during the day and turns into an urban art scene, with galleries, bars, and fine dining, at night. The downtown area is also home to Honolulu’s  premier Pilates studio, Upside-Down Pilates.

Upside-Down Pilates is the first full-service studio, in Honolulu, since 2003. We offer solo and group Pilates lessons and comprehensive teacher training since 2006. Upside-Down Pilates has also created a PNF Pilates teacher training, first on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.
