All scheduling is done online via our online web scheduler! It is available 24/7.

How to schedule solo lessons:

Step 1: Log into Upside-Down Pilates Member page here: Member Login

Step 2: Click on “Sign Up” tab

Step 3: Purchase your desired membership- we recommend the Intro Solo Lesson Membership to start. Click here for more info!

Step 4: Once you have your membership, click on the “Calendar” tab and find an open slot

 

How to schedule group lessons:

Step 1: Log into Upside-Down Pilates Member Page here: Member Website

Step 2: Scroll down to USDP Group/Personal

Step 3: Choose your desired membership

Step 4: Once you have purchased your membership, click the “Calendar” tab and find an open class time. Group classes are labeled in red. 

Step 5: Go to the very right-hand column, this displays how many spaces are left in the class. If you are a new member, you must register for Level I group classes. 

Step 6: If there are spots left, reserve a spot! If not, sadly you will need to find another class for that week.
