Hawaii, also known as the “Aloha State,” is the 50th state of America consisting of eight major islands; Niihau, Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, Lanai, Kahoolawe, Maui, and The Big Island of Hawaii. The volcanic archipelago is known for its rugged terrain of lavish green mountains, waterfalls, tropical foliage, and beaches of assorted colored sands. Hawaii’s tropical climate is a year-round paradise for all who visit, as well as the natives.
The tropical weather is great for outdoor activities such as surfing, paddling, or hiking, but you can also find great indoor workouts at Upside-Down Pilates located in downtown/Chinatown, Honolulu. Upside-Down Pilates is the first full-service studio in Honolulu, located on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, since 2003. We offer solo and group Pilates lessons and comprehensive teacher training since 2006. Upside-Down Pilates has also created a PNF Pilates teacher training, first on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.
