Pilates Solo Lessons
Solo lessons are 55-minute lessons focusing on your individual neuromuscular and fitness needs. Lessons integrate Upside-Down Pilates, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Pilates, and Neuromuscular Re-education. Please schedule online a minimum of 24 hours in advance. If necessary cancel 48hrs prior to the start time of your lesson to avoid being charged.
To register for Solo Lessons:
Step 1: Log into Upside-Down Pilates Member page Member Website
Step 2: Click on “Sign Up” tab
Step 3: Choose your desired membership- We recommend the Intro Solo Lesson Membership for new students, Click Here for more information!
Step 4: Once you have your membership click “Calendar” tab and find an open appointment time.
