Pilates Solo Lessons
Solo lessons are 55-minute lessons focusing on your individual neuromuscular and fitness needs. Lessons integrate Upside-Down Pilates, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Pilates, and Neuromuscular Re-Education. Please schedule online a minimum of 24 hours in advance. If necessary, please cancel 48 hours prior to the start time of your lesson to avoid being charged.
To register for Solo lessons:
Step 1: Log into Upside-Down Pilates Member page here: Member Login
Step 2: Click on “Sign Up” tab
Step 3: Purchase your desired membership- we recommend the Intro Solo Lesson Membership to start. Click here for more info!
Step 4: Once you have your membership, click on the “Calendar” tab and find an open slot
