What if I am running late?

Please call 1-888-751-6950 ext 5 and leave a message. Your teacher can check the message if needed. If you will be more than 10 minutes late make sure to call or your teacher will assume you are a no show and they may leave. They are only required to wait for you for 10 minutes.

NAVIGATING THROUGH THE VOLO WEB-SCHEDULER

DASHBOARD TAB –
When you Login to your page, you will be directed to your “Dashboard” which is a quick overview of what is going on in your account.

The Activities shown here on this Dashboard are only for “this week”.

To see future appointments you have scheduled, cancel an appointment, or add yourself from the wait list click on the Right arrow next to “this week” until you arrive on the appointment you are searching for.

Below your activities for the week it will show any “Open Invoices”, if you have received an invoice from us, and the option to Pay that invoice.

Below that is what sessions are remaining on your account with the expiration date.

How to cancel-
If YOU need to cancel your appointment, please scroll through your activities for “this week” on your Dashboard until you find the appointment. In line with your appointment on the far right under “Action” there should be an option to “Cancel”- click it, type in a reason from the drop down menu, leave a note if you wish, and click “OK”. Again, double check that it has been cancelled. Please note: This option goes away after the 48 hour cancellation policy starts.  If you cannot make your lesson after the 48 hour period please email info@upsidedownpilates.com or call 1-888-751-6950 ext 5 to let us know you will not be able to attend your lesson.  You will however be charged as though you had attended.

SCHEDULES TAB -
If you click on the “Schedules” tab next to “Dashboard” you will be able to see the list of classes offered and you can book your next lesson(s).

How to Schedule-
Scroll down and select the appointment you want by checking the box next to it on the Right-hand side. Scroll further to the bottom/top and click “BOOK”. The next screen will show you “Your Selection” and you will need to click “BOOK” again. When it kicks you back out to your Dashboard there should be a little red note that says “Your appointment has been booked”. You can then double check that it shows up on your account by looking through your “activities for this week” as it explains under DASHBOARD, or by going into your Profile and generating a list of all your appointments under your “Activities” tab (as mentioned above).

The Wait List Explained
If the session you are wanting to book is full, it is a good idea to sign up on the wait list in case someone cancels. If someone does cancel, you will be notified by email saying that you can now sign up for the session!

PROFILE  TAB-
If you click on the “Profile” tab next to “Schedules” you can go into your profile and update your personal information.

My Credit Card Will Not Go Through!
Please note that you will need to have your BILLING address inputed into the Address area for credit card approval when purchasing sessions.

Password Change-
If you are trying to change your Password here on the left hand side of the page, make sure you click the box that says “Save Login Information” otherwise it will not save it. If you click this and have not put in a new password it will save a blank password, then save your profile info, you will not be able to log in again!  (Just email us, we will fix it.)

How to see all of my appointments-
In this “Profile” there is an “Activities” tab – here you can generate a list of your appointments by filling in the encompassing dates (as mentioned above).

How to see my remaining packages-
There is an “Account” tab – if you click this and then click “Remaining” you will be able to see the remaining sessions that you have paid for on your account and their expiration date(s). If you have been invoiced, the “Remaining” sessions includes what you have been invoiced for.

Recurring Unlimited Package Monthly payment If you have bought a Recurring Unlimited Level 1 package you can pay your next month’s package before the first of the month and this can be found here in your “Account” under “Auto Renewals”.

You may get an invoice!
Once you have a package on file, this new system does let you schedule (or book) an appointment even if you haven’t purchased the sessions yet to cover that booked appointment. Therefore, you as the student need to keep track of the number of sessions remaining on your package as you book your appointments (as explains under “how to see all of my appointments/remaining packages”).  If you do not keep track you will receive an invoice from us asking you to purchase your booked lessons.

We check bi monthly and invoice anyone who has booked lessons but not paid for them.

How to pay an Invoice
If you do get an invoice from us, you can go to your Profile, to your “Account”, and click on “Open Invoices”. Here you can conveniently pay the invoice from us if you want what we invoiced you for. If you do get an invoice from us, it does not mean you are out of sessions on your current package, it means that you have booked lessons that require another purchase as we require payment due at time of booking.  Please pay for the booked sessions at your earliest convenience.

What happens if I do not pay my Invoice
If we do not receive payment before 48 hrs of the first lesson that needs to be paid for or by the next bi monthly audit we will cancel out any unpaid booked appointments and open those times up to students who have paid.  We will most likely contact you via email to find out why you have not paid, but your invoice is our way of saying it is time to pay again.

STORE  TAB-
The “Store” tab will let you purchase more sessions with us. Again, make sure your BILLING address is inputed/updated into your Profile before running your credit card.

WEBSITE TAB -
Finally, back on the Dashboard there is also a “Website” tab for our www.upsidedownpilates.com website.
