8 years ago I was looking for a class to help me strengthen and improve my golf game. I happened on pilates which not only improved my game but has increased my stamina to play more rounds pain free. The best part about this studio is the dedication and sincere nurturing that Lisa Orig takes with both her instructors and students. She continues to better herself by taking classes and shares what she learns with all of us.As knowledgeable as she already is she continues to grow and all of us are fortunate to benefit from her personalize attention…group classes are small and there is still individualize attention. Private solos help you to focus more intensely on your own areas of concern. How do I begin?
How do I begin with UPSIDE-DOWN PILATES? Our studio is working hard to save time and trees! Most of our communication is done via the website, webscheduler, and email. You save your money and time when you use the webscheduler to schedule appointments and purchase packages! We save trees by not printing marketing materials. Please feel free to contact us via phone if you do have questions regarding scheduling. Most of your questions will be addressed if you read through the pages of our regularly updated website! You may begin with our Introductory Solo Lesson package, or register for our next available Groundwork I or Equipment work I six week series, or register for a drop in class. Introductory Solo Lesson’s One time offer, 3 Solo Lessons, $150 (apprentice rate) $210 (teacher rate) All three lessons must be scheduled with the same teacher.
