New six week series classes!
Starting in September!
New Level I six week series:
Level I teaches the fundamentals of Upside-Down Dance & Pilates and introduces pilates exercises. We will explore the use of breath, spinal articulation, pelvic and shoulder stability and mobility, head and cervical spine alignment, as well as focus and control through pilates based exercises. Tuesdays at 5:30pm starting 9/10/13!
New Post -Rehab Conditioning six week series
Post rehab conditioning is a six week series that focuses on safe and stabilizing exercises for individuals who are in the process of resolving an injury or chronic condition. The introductory solo lesson package must have been completed. It is suggested to continue in solo lessons. Saturdays at 2:00pm starting 9/14/13!
These are both six week series classes, which are a series of lessons in which each week builds upon the previous week. You may schedule up until the first class of the series.
