In this workshop we will learn the proprioception neuromuscular facilitation patterns D1 and D2 for the arms and legs.  We will explore the history of the patterns, learn how to do a full matwork class with the patterns, and incorporate the patterns into specified programing for post rehab conditioning applications as well as athletic conditioning.  This is the beginning of the PNF Pilates training program created by Master Teacher Trainer Lisa Orig.
