What paradigms or limiting beliefs do you have about exercise?
I invite you to reply to this email and let me know if you or your clients have beliefs about exercise that keep them stuck.
Here are a few I hear.
Exercise is a struggle.
You build most strength in the last few reps.
Stretching is good for you.
No Pain, No Gain!
Abs are a six pack you have to do crunches to get.
Your core is your six pack you have to do crunches to get.
You have to do cardio to lose weight.
Feel the burn!
It’s not working out unless you are shaking.
You have to lift heavy weights to get strong.
These above beliefs are paradigms that common culture holds as truth. In my Micro Moves Method I shatter all of these paradigms! Exercise is easy! Exercise is fun!
