Foam Roller Resistance Band Combo Part 3 is ready for you!

In this episode we will learn to use the foam roller and resistance band in a level I workout. In this workout will cover a series of exercises lying on our belly with the band at our ankles and roller at our hands. We will then move to our side for some more inspiration and enlightenment!
