Aloha Reader, Foam Roller Resistance Band Combo workout part 2 is up! In this episode we will learn to use the Foam Roller and Resistance Band in a level I workout. In this workout will cover a series of exercises lying on our back on the foam roller with the band as resistance for our arms and legs as well as lying on our belly with the band at our ankles and roller at our hands.
