In the August series we will explore the proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) patters for the whole body. I like to say that the PNF patterns trick our muscles into working! They are great if you have any neuromuscular imbalances or just to wake your muscles up in a balanced way. Register for the 6 week series below. All are welcome, no experience is necessary.
